Welcome to our blog!

We hope you are able to find some helpful tips, tricks and recipes here as you navigate a low FODMAP diet. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to comment and we will help as we can. As has been stated, we are not medical professionals or nutritionists to any extent. We have been suggested to this diet by a medical professional and have done a lot of reading and researching and have found that there weren't as many resources as we'd like so we will post our journey and our findings in hopes to help you. Please consult a medical professional before beginning this or any other type of elimination diet.
